Piano Duo Scholtes & Janssens will play Shadow noch Prooi ("Neither Shadow nor Prey")(1995) by Simeon ten Holt, a work that has been performed only a few times worldwide. Like the famous Canto Ostinato, the work consists of several sections that can be repeated to the taste of the performers, but brings with it an entirely different character and technique: sharper, more dynamic, and perhaps even more exciting...
