This afternoon, two young, up-and-coming duos will receive a public masterclass from Scholtes & Janssens Piano Duo. Together with Duo Morgan & Van Nee and Duo Rosa & Glukhovskiy (both from the Conservatory of Amsterdam) we will dive into the world of playing piano four hands and two pianos. There are quite a few challenges to playing together: how do you sound as one pianist with four arms, while still keeping your own voice? How do you bring out the best in each other?
